"Promo helped, but the deals felt a little underwhelming"
I placed an order mainly because I had a promo code, and it did take a bit off the total. Still, the prices felt high even after the discount, and some of the offers weren’t very clear once I got to checkout. The site itself worked fine, and I did save some money, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just felt a little dismissed in a way, like the promos sounded better than what I actually ended up getting.

"Packed so well I was honestly a little confused"
My order showed up packed really nicely, like someone actually took their time with it. Nothing was loose, bent, or messed up, and the little details were a nice surprise. I’m always a bit nervous ordering stuff online, so when it arrived this neat and safe I was kind of confused in the best way. Really happy with the care they put into it.

They were friendly when they replied and explained things in a way that was easy to get. One message did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, communication was good and I felt like I wasn’t left guessing.

"Looked Like the Photos"
I wasn’t totally sure at first because, some stores make their photos look a little too perfect. But when mine arrived, it actually looked really close to what was shown online.

The colors and size seemed pretty much right to me. Shipping took a few days, which wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably order again...

I ordered from Beautiful Earth Boutique and overall, the item was close to the description. Compared to what a lot of people might expect, it’s probably fine, but I did notice a couple details that felt a little off. The color looked slightly different in person, and the size wasn’t quite what I had pictured. It’s still usable and not a bad product at all, I just wish the description had been a bit more accurate before I ordered...

I had a small issue with my order and was a bit annoyed at first, not gonna lie. But they did get back to me and helped sort everything out. It took a little while — which wasn’t ideal — but in the end I’m happy with how it was handled.

I really liked this shop because the items don’t feel like the same stuff you see on every other online store. A few pieces had that handmade, more personal feel, which is what made me want to order in the first place. I’m happy with what I got, but I did spend a bit longer browsing than expected because some of the descriptions weren’t super clear. Has anyone else had that issue too? Overall though, I’m glad I ordered because everything feels unique and different

"Crystals feel really genuine"
I got the amethyst and rose quartz, and they both look just like the photos. They also have that real crystal feel to them, if that makes sense. Overall, I’m really happy with my order.

I was happy with what I received, the items were nice and felt like good quality. Everything arrived as expected, so I’d feel comfortable ordering again. The only downside for me was the shipping cost, which felt a bit high, but overall it was a solid experience

I ordered a bracelet and was actually surprised by how nice it felt. It has a solid weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap AT ALL like some stuff you get online. The color looked really close to the pictures too. There was one tiny mark on it, but nothing major, and I’m still happy with it overall.

The website looks really nice at first, but using it was kind of frustrating for me. Pages felt slow, and finding what I needed took way more clicks than it should have. The cart page also acted weird once, which made me nervous right before checkout. It’s not even about the design, because that part is fine — I just wanted the whole shopping process to feel smoother. I almost gave up before finishing my order...
